After you submit a Request for Proposal (RFP), one of our destination sales experts will contact you to discuss which venues will best help you achieve your goals. We will send your RFP to our hotel partners and help facilitate responses.

NOTE: A minimum of ten (10) sleeping rooms on peak night are required to process your RFP request. If less than ten rooms are needed, or if you only require meeting space, please contact the hotels directly.
